Returns Policy

Since many of our items are created uniquely for our customers please contact us regarding any specific return requests. For any item where we have made a mistake (sent wrong item, spelled wrong or otherwise created incorrect design) we will work with you to get you a satisfactory replacement ASAP. For non-custom items where the customer returns for other reasons there may be shipping/return shipping fees or restocking fees for the customer to cover.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We offer local pickup and shipping both locally and across the country. For international shipping you are welcome to contact us first for a quote.
